GEN - 962.00. Your feedback matters to us. The Eurovent Team is constantly working on the further development of the Eurovent online portal. The latest, recently launched feature allows members to properly prepare for their meetings by downloading all meeting documents at one click as a ZIP file – instead of one by one.
Background
In the beginning of 2017, the Eurovent Association launched its Extranet with the aim to simplify document and information distribution tailor-made for members’ needs.
Large part of the Eurovent Extranet are the working group meetings including registration and download of all meeting preparatory/related documents.
New feature
We are listening to your feedback and constantly improving our Extranet. The latest feature allows members to download all preparatory/related meeting documents in simply one click, instead of having to download each document separately.

Recommended Actions
Members are recommended to make use of the new feature and downloading all meeting documents as a ZIP file at one click. This can be done in the section ‘ZIP download’ of each Eurovent meeting page on the Eurovent Extranet, as shown below.
