Representatives of ISKID (Turkey’s Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers’ Association) and Eurovent signed an agreement to jointly organise the 2020 EUROVENTSUMMIT. They announced that the next edition of Europe’s major gathering for Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies will take place in Antalya, Turkey, from 22 to 25 September 2020.

During their 62nd Annual Meeting hosted by EFRIARC (Portuguese association of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers), the Eurovent members have elected Naci Sahin (FRITERM, Turkey) for a second term as President of Europe’s Industry Association for Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies. The General Assembly has furthermore adopted a new membership structure, which shall ensure the long-term sustainability of the Eurovent Association beyond the background of changing boundary conditions.

Abu Dhabi, Dubai, 30 January 2019. The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) and Eurovent Middle East have announced the formation of a joint working group to develop Conformity Assessment Schemes for Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. The association of the region’s leading HVACR manufacturers will encourage organisation and coordination of industry stakeholders and is calling on interested manufacturers to join the working group.

The 2018 edition of Europe’s major gathering for key decision-makers in the area of Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies is going to take place from 25 to 28 September in Seville, Spain. It connects close to 500 industry leaders from Europe, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and international markets throughout around 40 seminars, meetings, and events. Jakarta, 19 February 2018. During an official ceremony in Jakarta, the Eurovent Association has signed a partnership agreement with Indonesia’s leading HVACR exhibition: Refrigeration & HVAC Indonesia (26-28 September 2018, Jakarta International Expo). Through the continued partnership, Eurovent underlines its commitment to support and promote the use of energy efficient equipment in Southeast Asia’s largest country. The Association already supports the Indonesian government with the development of cold chain legislation and infrastructure.
Istanbul, 9 January 2018. ISK-SODEX, one of the largest HVACR exhibitions in the Eurasian region, will bring together national and international brands in Turkey. The tradeshow is run in collaboration with Turkey’s leading bodies and organisations in the industry and will take place from 7-10 February 2018. Eurovent is an official supporter of the event.
