Although manufacturers run stringent quality control and performance tests in-house, third-party testing and certification serves as a means to verify and ensure that the data published by manufacturers is unbiased and attested. During this webinar, the seminars aim to deliver an understanding of the principles behind certification as a means to promote trust and reliability in the context of product performance and safety.

Representatives of ISKID (Turkey’s Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers’ Association) and Eurovent signed an agreement to jointly organise the 2020 EUROVENTSUMMIT. They announced that the next edition of Europe’s major gathering for Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies will take place in Antalya, Turkey, from 22 to 25 September 2020.

Dubai, 5 September 2018. Eurovent Middle East has just announced a flagship workshop on Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF). The free-of-charge event forms part of the association’s ‘HVACR Leadership Workshop’ series. The workshop will take place at LeMeridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre on 19 September 2018 at 18:00h and includes a networking dinner. Mr Bibin Thomas of Adel Electronics will share important aspects of best practices for VRF installation.

The 2018 edition of Europe’s major gathering for key decision-makers in the area of Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies is going to take place from 25 to 28 September in Seville, Spain. It connects close to 500 industry leaders from Europe, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and international markets throughout around 40 seminars, meetings, and events. The EUROVENTSUMMIT again offers a unique side programme and experiences that go beyond the usual conference experience.

Istanbul, 9 January 2018. ISK-SODEX, one of the largest HVACR exhibitions in the Eurasian region, will bring together national and international brands in Turkey. The tradeshow is run in collaboration with Turkey’s leading bodies and organisations in the industry and will take place from 7-10 February 2018. Eurovent is an official supporter of the event.

During a dedicated meeting in Madrid, representatives of AEFYT (Spanish Association for Refrigeration Technology), AFEC (Spanish Association for Manufacturers of Air Conditioning Equipment) and the Eurovent Association have signed an agreement to jointly organise the 2018 Eurovent Summit. During an online press conference, the Eurovent Association (Brussels) and Eurovent Middle East (Dubai) have officially launched #IAQmatters – a joint initiative of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) manufacturers in Europe and the Middle East, which provides solutions to ensure a healthy indoor climate. #IAQmatters was developed in close cooperation with leading experts such as Prof. Geo Clausen from the Section for Indoor Climate and Building Physics at Denmark Technical University (DTU). Prof. Stefano Cognati, President of REHVA, is one of the campaign’s patrons.
